However, today when I attempted to do a facial pre-check, the system did not ask me to scan my face and just showed that I passed. Even stranger, just two minutes later, when claiming Airdrop rewards, the system again required facial recognition.
This situation raises questions: as a real user, using the same device, the same IP address, and not even changing location, why is the system determining that there is an anomaly?
