Nasdaq-listed company Hilbert Group raised approximately $21 million, part of which is used for its Crypto Assets reserve strategy.
Gate News bot message, digital asset investment company Hilbert Group AB (NASDAQ: HILB B) today announced that it has secured over 200 million Swedish kronor (approximately 21 million US dollars) in long-term financing from a U.S. institutional partner. Both parties have signed a mandate, and the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
Hilbert stated that he had previously received multiple unsolicited competitive offers aimed at funding a cryptocurrency funding strategy and project, allowing the company to leverage the growing institutional adoption of Bitcoin.
This guaranteed financing will support Hilbert's strategic initiatives, with part of the proceeds allocated to the company's previously announced cryptocurrency reserve strategy. This move will enhance the company's financial flexibility, allowing it to execute growth plans while maintaining strong liquidity.
